If you havent heard of this before this may help you out a little. This may be old news to some though.

1. With Your rogue SAP the target.
2. Go in for a Cheap Shot (remember to stealth)
3. Now as soon as you Cheap Shot click away from your target to not attack them.  This will allow for the target to be sapped and cheap shotted at the same time.
4. Now you can stealth and go in for the kill.  There, nice and easy.

This is good for pvp as it builds up your combo points quite nicely.
