Overall, we think rogues do too much passive damage — autoattacks + poison. We want to shift more of that towards their specials, which will let both the finishers and the generators hit harder while keeping sustained damage about the same. It might mean less-skilled rogues do less damage by comparison, but that’s not really a bad thing. (Source)
Early on in Karazhan you could get rage starved, and then letting off of some of the buttons for Shield Block or vice versa if you needed threat was a decision. I disagree with you that it was a major problem past that point. In the raids that followed you pretty much had enough rage to do whatever you wanted because the bosses hit so hard, unless you just got unlucky and had a string of avoidance or something.
If you look at parses today of good tanks, you’ll see them convert a great deal of autoattacks to Heroic Strike. Some of them can hit 100%. That implies rage is never an issue and they would have been able to hit the old Shield Block as often as they wanted… perhaps macro it even.
Now if rage was a little harder to come by, then yes, you might make the decision between threat and survivability abilities. However, as a counter to that point, consider that MD and ToT combined with tauntable bosses and a lack of threat management fights like Voidreaver or Vael probably make threat rarely matter, so you lose the decision again.
If we nerfed tank rage income in Cataclysm as well as nerfing the threat of MD and ToT, then I could see warriors and druids maybe having to manage their rage so they have enough for both threat and cooldowns. It’s tricky though. If we went too far, then you’d feel continually rage starved, which is pretty frustrating. Having to manage a resource can be fun. Never having that resource to manage would suck. Reaching the gold cap in wow wotlk can be a tedious journey that takes time, effort and patience. I have known many guild mates and friends who try to embark on this journey only to give up, not even half way there. Every wow player starts off with a problem. You have finally made it to the last zone in WotLK and might be wondering, where are the flight paths? You might already have a flying mount, but it is always useful to have the flight paths secured for some situations! All the flight paths in Icecrown are neutral, being controlled by the Zul’Drak.
I recommend not running through Icecrown trying to find these FP’s though. If you follow the quest line, you will run into each FP quite easily.

* Bonus Armor: The mechanics for items with bonus armor on them has changed (any cloth, leather, mail, or plate items with extra armor, or any other items with any armor). Bonus armor beyond the base armor of an item will no longer be multiplied by any talents or by the bonuses of Bear Form, Dire Bear Form, or Frost Presence.

A newer feral ability – Savage Roar has been added for level 75 druids which acts as a finishing move that increases attack power. When the druid reaches level 80, he can learn a powerful healing spell – nourish that restores even more life when under the rejuvenation, regrowth, or lifeblood effects. Druids can also revive dead targets at level 12. Various other changes include new talents and other balance changes. If you are having trouble leveling your druid I highly suggest you check out Zygor’s Leveling Guide because it has a perfect druid leveling path that gets you to 80 faster and easier than any other way. No matter what level you are, you load the thing and it points with an arrow the direction to each monster, quest giver, trainer etc. Its pretty crazy. The New Face of the Shaman in Wrath of the Lich King
The new expansion to World of WarCraft – Wrath of the Lich King is finally here and offers more in-depth play with a slew of exciting new features and new areas to explore. The basis of the Inscription profession is that your character collects various herbs that will combine to create different types of ink. The different types of ink and pigments you create combined with parchments make up your different glyphs.
Inscribers learn to create Glyphs that can be used as enhancements to various spells or racial abilities. For example, minor glyphs could improve cosmetic items or your increase your abilities temporarily, like added intelligence or increased agility, which may replace the need certain other spell reagents.
