Wednesday, December 8th, 2010

This is the Cataclysm Marksmanship Hunter PvE Spec Leveling Build Guide updated for 4.0.6.  This guide will take you from level 1 through 85 using Marksmanship to level your Hunter.

The more popular choice for leveling is Beast Mastery but Marksmanship can do the job just as well.  The burst dame you get in Marksmanship is great for PvP As well.

In this guide I have included talents to get from 1 – 85, spell rotations to use and glyphs!

These are the best Marksmanship talents to use when leveling to go with the best leveling route guide: Zygor’s Leveling Guide

Spell Rotation:

Hunter’s Mark (keep up buff)

Serpent Sting (keep up debuff)

Chimera Shot when it’s available (try to keep enough focus to cast this whenever it is available)

Use free Aimed Shot proc when available

Use Arcane Shot to bleed off excess focus.

Use Steady Shot to regen focus – Use SS in pairs to maintain max Improved steady shot buff.

If target health is below 20% use KS

No matter what level you are, you load the guide and it points with an arrow to the direction of each monster, quest giver, trainer etc. Its pretty crazy. It also has an in game box that tells you exactly what to do, like kill 5 boars, run west 10 miles, etc. If you dont have this in game add on guide, honestly, you are missing out.
