Here is a video displaying the step by step strategy guide to kill kelthuzad in world of warcraft wotlk.  Kel’Thuzad, once a sorcerer of the Kirin Tor of Dalaran, is the chief lieutenant of the powerful Lich King. He rules over the Dragonblight from his citadel of Naxxramas. He was originally voiced by Michael McConnohie but the current voice actor is unknown. He is the final boss of the retuned raid dungeon Naxxramas in Wrath of the Lich King.

Exploring Naxxramas in WotLK Wrath of the Lich King

Naxxramas, the floating necropolis floating over Dragonblight has been moved to Northrend in the WotLK Wrath of the Lich King expansion. It has also been redesigned in 10 and 25-man raids. There are four different wings too that need to be cleared in order to give way to the fifth and final wing. It is now the level 80 introductory dungeon.
