Welcome to the blacksmithing power leveling guide updated for wotlk.  This guide will show you what to create to level from 1-450 in blacksmithing.  Blacksmithing is the art of forging items out of mainly metals, minerals, and other trade supplies.  This is why mining is a good secondary skill to got along with blacksmithing.  Check out our mining tips section here. You can make lots of money being a 450 blacksmith as mail and plate classes depend on some of the items you make.  Blacksmithing also gives yourself a benefit as you can add a socket to your own gloves or bracers at level 400.
